Bay Area Excursions - San Francisco Playhouse: Real Women Have Curves

Come enjoy a lively play for and about women and meet the Artistic Director of the San Francisco Playhouse. The San Francisco Playhouse, located a block from Union Square, is famous for fun and innovative plays on relevant topics. The play we will see, Real Women Have Curves, is a microcosm of the Latina immigrant experience celebrating real women’s bodies, the power of women, and the incredible bond that happens when women work together. We will meet at the Walnut Creek BART, walk to the Playhouse, where we will be met by the Artistic Director, and enjoy and wine and cheese reception, followed by the play. After the play, we can return via BART, or groups can make arrangements for an early dinner in the city. Carpooling to BART and dinner plans will be finalized with those who sign up for the excursion. The price is $40.50 per person and is non-refundable. Checks must be received by March 2. You will need to have or purchase your own BART or Clipper Card.
